The Pandemic is Causing Delivery Delays.

With the gradual lifting of COVID-19 pandemic controls in China since early December, there is a short-term rebound in the number of COVID-19 infections. This force majeure factor has had a certain impact on product production, manpower, and logistics, as follows:
1. Affected by the pandemic and the approach of the Chinese New Year holiday, some manufacturers have reduced production capacity due to a lack of manpower, and some products are likely to be discontinued early. Regarding this, please contact your customer manager in time to confirm the product inventory of the manufacturer for the product you are selling. If necessary, please purchase enough inventory in advance to avoid being out of stock.
2. The logistics in some areas are seriously affected by the pandemic. There may be a delay of about 3-5 days when purchasing the product from the manufacturers. Our warehouse team is doing its best to avoid delays in order processing time as much as possible.
3. Affected by the pandemic, some logistics providers are short of manpower in shipping and delivery, and the delivery time of some orders will be delayed by at least 1-2 days.
